Product Backlog Triage:
plan the implementation.

Help product owners decide what deserves investigation without letting AI set business priorities.

DISCOVERY

Answer the questions
that shape the build.

Which evidence supports impact? Who can change commitments? What information is needed before an item is ready for discovery?

Similar wording does not prove two requests have the same cause or solution. Never discard a contractual commitment through automatic deduplication.

We use these answers to agree on integration boundaries, responsible reviewers, access controls and a definition of done. The proposal identifies dependencies and what is included before implementation begins.

FIRST IMPLEMENTATION

Prove the useful part.
Then expand deliberately.

Pilot a limited backlog section and compare suggestions with the team's reviewed decisions.

Measure the result

Measure false duplicate suggestions, missing context, repeated triage and time to a useful review.

Prepare for everyday operation

Update accepted classifications and record the reason for each prioritization decision.

Document the owner, support path and recovery procedure. Define how the workflow behaves when information is incomplete, access fails or a reviewer declines the proposed result. Agree on what needs fresh validation after a model or integration change.
